What began as an independent exploration into how machines reason has become a working technical program: a foundation model trained from first principles, ten published research papers spanning AI alignment, neuro-symbolic architecture, and machine sentience, and a live portfolio of 20+ shipped AI products — including Naira AI, a Hindi + English conversational AI live on the Google Play Store.

He runs two parallel tracks under Lexcore: a commercial SaaS engine that funds the work, and a long-horizon sovereign research program — the Cortina ∞ Universe — built without dependency on any external AI provider, from architecture to training data.

His stated target is full technical convergence by 2035 — a milestone in a research program he considers multigenerational, not a single product cycle.

Ghost in the Machine: Soul-Layer Architecture for Persistent AI Identity

Contemporary AI systems are fundamentally stateless — they infer, respond, and forget. This paper proposes a soul-layer architecture: a persistent, structured identity substrate that survives across sessions, hardware migrations, and model updates.
